If you are interested in registering for preschool, please let me know you and your child’s name and your child’s age. I will contact you and set up an initial meeting and tour. Because Wee People is home based, all prospective families MUST have an appointment.

Please read the handbook. Before care can begin, the following paperwork will need to be completed:
(1) Signed contract and handbook
(2) permission slips
(3) deposit
(4) first week’s tuition
(5) Subsidy forms if applicable

(6) Health Form This is to be completed by physician

(7) Immunization Form This is to be completed by physician

(8) Medication Form ANY medication that the child needs in care must be accompanied with this form completed by the child’s doctor

(9) Emergency Form To be completed by parents
